La 6D Récup 2024 in the 6D village in Aime
In order to offer our runners optimal preparation and recovery for their race, the 6D Recup space with the Paramedic Sport Entreprises team will welcome you on friday 26 and Saturday July 27 inside the Saint-Martin Priory church.
You will thus be able to find:
- A team of sports massage therapists for muscle recovery.
- A team of osteopaths will apply to provide care to people who need it. The possibility of post-race support to optimize the mental aspects.
- A podiatrist will be present to provide care for painful feet at the end of the race.
- Many tips on food preparation, hydration and the regulation of psychosomatic disorders will be given to you.
This service will welcome you :
Friday morning, July 26, to accompany you and prepare you for the races. You’ll receive a 20-minute treatment and tailored advice, with a contribution to the cost of the hat.
Saturday July 27, the whole team of paramedics will be on hand all day to take care of you after your shopping.
